Friday Night Market: Squid.
Fish in a giant bowl. Still alive. I watched the man dump the fish into the bowl as they flipped and splashed around.

Lunch with the English teachers. Always communal. They are very nice to share with us all the time.

Meals on Wheels: Sit-down meals from actual cafes and delis from trips to the ‘big cities!’
Omelette for lunch in Chiang Mai a little while ago. Extremely large plate, orange juice with ice. I ordered a fancy drink before I knew the meal came with OJ. It’s a Thai Tea Banana Smoothie concotion. Delicious. The bananas were the best tasting thing ever after all the sweets we were given on the buses while traveling.
Chicken Dinner – and it came with french fries! That was a a sort of nice little surprise to make me feel almost like I was home. I devoured all of this. And it was glorious.

Dinner from the Tesco Lotus: Screw-top Wine that “Goes Great with Thai Food” and Baggie “Spicy Mama Pack.” Not as spicy as I thought it would be, but I didn’t eat the red full red pepper at the bottom.
Dessert: Orange Ice Cream Flavor Oreos. Pretty good, actually. Little bit of tartness added to the Oreo.

Dinner from the Friday night market. Salad with surprise pieces of fruit on the bottom and…something else.
Some sort of fried crispy doughnut-like treat. Delicious and heart-stopping.
